Zenith Apartments is located on the Esplanade directly across from the beach. Any closer to the beach and you would be wet! It's exactly 37 steps from the front of the building across the road to the sand! There are two patrolled swimming areas within 200m of Zenith Apartments patrolled by lifeguards/lifesavers every day of the year. Lifeguards are on duty from 8am to 5pm every day, with extended hours over summer. Check the following links for further beach info. Zenith Apartments are located only 100 meters from Cavill Avenue, approximately a 2 minute walk.

There are many activities available in Cavill Avenue.

Zenith Apartments has a fully functional tour desk so all your tours and theme park tickets can be purchased at any time.

Our friendly staff make it very easy to choose and book your tours and theme park tickets. We suggest you pre purchase theme park tickets to avoid queues at the parks. At any time during your stay visit the tour desk to plan your next day out. Here's some of our favourite tours and activities:

All the apartments have ocean views some better than others.

Whether you prefer to be on a lower floor or something up high you will still have ocean and beach views.

Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay at the Zenith Apartments we do not accept 1 night stays.

Are the apartments air conditioned?

Being so close to the ocean, Zenith Apartments enjoys the cool sea breezes most days. The cool breeze makes your stay at Zenith very comfortable, even at the height of summer, without the need for air conditioning.

As all the apartments are individually owned only a select few have been renovated and have air conditioning installed. When making a booking if you require air conditioning please make a request with one of our staff, please note this is on a request basis only and no apartments are guaranteed.

All apartments are allocated 1 car space no matter what the room type.

Additional secure car parking is available through Top of the Mark car park for the cost of $10.00 per day. Top of the Mark car park is located directly behind Zenith Apartments and is very easily accessible.

The building has a tow away policy and cars found not parked in thier allocated parking space will be towed away at owners cost.
