Join the Sea World Rescue team on an exciting mission to save our precious marine life on the all new Jet Rescue coaster - opening Summer 2008. Climb aboard your Jetski and zoom around the amazing track, flying and twisting past pristine rock pools at an exhilarating 70km hr.

Then enter the dark and dangerous blowhole cave where a sea lion waits desperately for your help. Blast through the cave and release the pressure, allowing the majestic sea lion to escape to safety. Then return to Sea World as marine rescue heroes.

Sea World Tropical Reef Snorkel

Experience Sea World’s own Barrier Reef lagoon where you will see more fascinating marine life than a dive on the reef itself. Get up close and personal in our stunning reef environment, featuring a selection of beautiful tropical fish, rays and other fascinating marine life including our harmless Leopard and White-tip Reef sharks.

Follow an educational trail with underwater signage and look through to the Shark Lagoon to see the larger Sharks.

The best feature of this experience is the tropical water, which is heated year round to a very comfortable 26 degrees. Our most popular adventure is perfect for guests aged 10 years and above.

In the water, participants are always accompanied by a Dive Leader to ensure their safety at all times. Places of safe haven are available in the design of Shark Bay so that participants can stand and rest whilst snorkelling. Program duration is approximately 60 minutes with approximately 20 minutes in the water.

Participants are supplied with a wet suit, mask, fins and a snorkel for the length of the tour. Floatation vests are available upon request.

The Tropical Reef Snorkel program is available for guests 10 years of age and over and includes one souvenir photograph.

Tropical Reef Snorkel programs are available 7 days a week and have approximately 12 participants per program.

Sea World Shark Encounter

Join a qualified Shark Bay diver for the ultimate Shark Encounter and an exhilarating shark feeding session with the world's most feared predators. You'll come face to face with large sharks including potentially dangerous species such as the magnificent Dusky Whaler shark.

During this unique program, you will enter the acrylic cage in the Shark Lagoon where you see these amazing creatures fed up close and personal.

Participants are required to wear either SCUBA diving equipment (with appropriate certification) or snorkel equipment. Participants are supplied with a wet suit, mask, snorkel or all SCUBA diving equipment for the duration of the program.

Program duration is approximately 120 minutes with approximately 30 minutes in the water.

The Shark Encounter program is available for guests 14 years of age and over.

Limited Shark Encounter programs are available on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday only and have two participants per program.

Sea World Dolphin Aqua Adventure

The Adult Dolphin Aqua Adventure Program offers guests a once in a life time experience of meeting some of Sea World's dolphins. During this program guests have the opportunity to observe a dolphin in a deep water encounter. Each guest will have their photograph taken by a Sea World photographer and the Marine Mammal Trainer will give an informal educational. Program duration is approximately 45 minutes with approximately 20 minutes in the water.

Each experience is unique based upon the guests, trainers and animals.

The Adult Dolphin Aqua Adventure Program is available to guests 14 years of age and includes one souvenir photograph and DVD capturing your unique experience.

What better way to capture your once-in-a-lifetime experience than with a souvenir DVD? Your souvenir DVD is included and features footage of you getting up close and personal with Sea World’s wonderful marine life. Take your experience home to relive again and again. 

The use of a supplied wet suit or rash vest and board shorts is required in all water-based programs and is included in the cost of the program. 

Dolphin Aqua Adventure programs are available 7 days a week and have approximately 15 participants per program. Approximate participant to animal ratio is 6:1.
