Terms and Conditions
DEPOSITS
A deposit of 2 night’s accommodation per room must be received
to confirm a reservation payable by
Visa, MasterCard or EFT. Payment of the deposit will indicate acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
Zenith Ocean Front
Apartments bears no responsibility for monies paid via travel agencies until
cleared funds are received in the trust account of Carefree Pty Ltd.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations Up to 14 days
prior to arrival will receive a full refund less $50.00 administration fee.
Between 14 days and 48 hours prior to check in, cancellation
fee is $200.00 or 50% of payment made. With in 48hours or on check in,
cancellations are subject to 100% cancellation fee.
No shows and cancellations after check in will be subject to a
100% cancellation fee , however if after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation
and decide to terminate their stay and notify management immediately
, the amount to be refunded if any is at the discretion of the property
management.
Refunds
can only be refunded directly into allocated bank accounts.
Refund processing may take up
to 10 working days
AMENDMENTS
Up to 30 days prior to
check-in - no fee will apply and within 14 days prior to arrival - amendments subject to availability and a $25
fee may apply.
ACCOMMODATION
Whilst care is taken to ensure
the description of the facilities and services of the Zenith Ocean Front Apartments is accurate, these are
continually being changed, upgraded and occasionally taken out of service.
Property room photos may not
be specific to room allocation. Photos are indicative only. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all
room types.
SPECIAL REQUESTS & UNIT
REQUESTS
Whilst we attempt to satisfy
all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.
UNDER
18’S
All clients under the age of
18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the property has the
right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current ID if requested on
check-in.
Zenith Ocean Front Apartment has a strict party free
policy. Any individuals
displaying loud music, excessive noise from apartment or balconies, or exceeding the maximum occupancy for the apartment will have their booking
terminated and will loose full payment received.
CHECK -
IN
Guests are required to provide
Identification such as a current driver’s licence, passport or 18+ cards upon check in.
Full payment is required on
arrival for any outstanding monies of the account. Full payment is required if you intend to arrive out of
office hours.
A Credit Card is required upon
arrival and a booking will be cancelled if a credit card cannot be produced.
A
Pre-Authorisation against a credit card will be required at check-in or if you intend to arrive out of
office hours it is required before you arrive.
LATE
ARRIVALS
Guests arriving after
reception hours may gain entry to the building via the “after hours phone service” located in the entry lobby
adjacent to the intercom system. Your room key will be located in the night safe next to the intercom
system and the night service will guide you through the safe opening process. Additional keys will be
available for you the next morning at reception when you come down to settle your account.
PARKING
Undercover parking is provided
for one vehicle
only per apartment, tow away
rules apply if vehicles are parked incorrectly. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to see that
they are parked correctly and notify reception if a problem exists. Additional paid parking is available
close by at vehicle owner’s expense.
DEPARTURE
Please leave the apartment the
way you found it on arrival in a neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to be washed, recycling is to be
cleared to the recycling bins in basement 1 and all rubbish is to be placed in tied bags and put down the chute
or taken to basement 1 garbage room. If this has not been done then a $100.00 service fee will
apply.
ROOMS
Rooms can be
requested but requests are not guaranteed.
CLEANING
Rooms must be
left in the same condition as they were when you arrived. All rubbish is to be removed and taken to the rubbish
or recycling bin located in basement 1, the room must be left in a respectable condition. A cleaning fee of up
to $200 will be charged at manager’s discretion and will be deducted off your credit card
automatically.
BOND
A pre authorisation on a credit card is required on check in to Zenith Ocean Front
Apartments. Bonds can take up to 14 days to be refunded by the banks.
